By accessing or using LVL Network ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LVL Network is a local media subscription platform serving Mansfield and Richland County, Ohio. The Service provides access to local news, original programming, independent films, community features, and other content for a monthly or annual subscription fee.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscription Plans — LVL Network offers monthly ($2.00/month) and annual ($20.00/year) subscription plans.
• Billing — Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
• Price Changes — We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect.
• Failed Payments — If payment fails, your account may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on LVL Network — including videos, articles, graphics, logos, and original programming — is owned by LVL Network or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

LVL Network allows subscribers to submit content through features such as the Bulletin Board and Events calendar. By submitting content, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to submit the content
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• The content is not false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful
• You grant LVL Network a non-exclusive license to display the content on our platform

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post spam, harassment, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent any content protection measures
• Scrape, crawl, or copy content from the platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Third-Party Services

LVL Network uses third-party services including YouTube for video hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and Supabase for data storage. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Content will be accurate, complete, or current
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVL Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Richland County, Ohio.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
